What are your products made from?
Our pieces are handcrafted from Jesmonite, an eco-friendly and durable resin alternative, sustainably sourced in Australia
How do I care for my product?
Gently wipe your piece with a soft, damp cloth and avoid harsh cleaners or soaking. Keep away from direct sunlight and high heat. Suitable for dry food use only — wash with warm water and dry immediately after use. Handle with care, just like glass or ceramics.
Is my product food safe and fire resistant
Our pieces are non-toxic, water-based, and free from harmful chemicals, making them safe for use around food. However, they’re intended for decorative purposes only and should be kept away from direct heat sources such as ovens, microwaves, or open flames.
Is it normal to see minor bubbles on my pieces?
Yes — slight bubbles, colour variations, or texture differences are completely normal. These natural markings occur during the hand-pouring process and are a beautiful reminder that each piece is individually handmade, giving it its own unique character.
Is your process environmentally friendly?
Yes — at SEHAA Studio, we follow a sustainable, plastic-free process. We use reusable silicone tools, recycle or repurpose all waste, and encourage customers to remove any stickers before recycling our packaging. Every step is designed to minimise waste and protect the environment.
Do you accept custom orders?
At the moment, we don’t offer custom orders, but it’s something we’re looking to introduce in the future.
Can I change my order after placing it?
We may be able to update your order if it hasn’t been processed yet. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@sehaastudio.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
How long does it take to process my order?
We carefully handcraft and pack each order within 3–7 business days. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
If your order arrives broken or damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery and include clear photos of the item. Reach us at info@sehaastudio.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement for you.
