Returns & Refunds
We stand by the quality and integrity of every product made at Sehaa Studio. Each item is produced by hand in small batches, and as a result, every piece is distinct. Minor variations in colour, tone, or surface finish are inherent to handmade materials and should be expected.
Returns
Requests for returns must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned products must be:
- In their original condition
- Unused and undamaged
- Packaged securely with all included materials
- Once a return is authorised, the item must be sent within 72 hours of approval.
- Returns sent without prior confirmation may not be accepted.
Refunds
- After the returned item has been inspected and approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds exclude shipping costs and may include a 10% inspection and handling fee.
- Items purchased during promotions, custom orders, or discounted sales are final and not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or an incorrect item has been sent, please notify us within 7 days at info@sehaastudio.com with supporting photos. We will arrange a suitable resolution — replacement, repair, or refund — based on the situation.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours, provided they have not been processed or shipped. Once dispatch occurs, the order is considered final.
International Orders
The same terms apply to all international orders. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs, import duties, or customs fees.
Note:
Sehaa Studio does not accept returns based on aesthetic preferences or natural characteristics of the handmade process. All pieces are individually crafted and reviewed before shipment to ensure consistent quality.
